Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days before departure: 20% of the reservation will be retained by Babul Adventure, and the balance will be refunded.
- 14–29 days before departure: 50% of the package price will be retained by Babul Adventure.
- Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total package price will be retained, and any outstanding payments will be due immediately.
Finding a Replacement:
If the cancelling party finds a replacement no less than 14 days before departure and the replacement completes the booking form, no funds will be retained. However, if no replacement is found, a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.
Termination of Participation:
Babul Adventure and its agents may terminate a participant’s tour at their discretion and with immediate effect.
Refund Processing Fee:
- A 3% fee will be applied for credit card refunds (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard).
- Bank wire refunds are subject to bank charges.
